Everything that runs on your machine is free, forever. Basic covers the two things that live on ours: your tasks and your memory.
Yes. The whole Studio — editor, 3D graph, Agent Composer, SDK — with commercial use from day one, 10 tasks with 15 hours of runs a month, 1,000 memories, and memory on up to five agents. It's not a trial, there is no card, and nothing expires.
You connect your own model provider keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or a local model), or sign in with the Claude or ChatGPT subscription you already pay for, and the agents run on that. Semantix doesn't resell AI usage or mark it up. For exactly what leaves your machine and when, the Privacy Policy says it plainly.
New memories stop being saved, and nothing you have is touched: all 1,000 stay, and your agents keep recalling them. Your conversations stay on your disk, so nothing is lost — move to Basic and what Free couldn't hold is remembered from them.
Time a task is actually running — from the moment it fires to the moment it finishes, whether it was scheduled, triggered by an event, or started by hand. Waiting for its next schedule costs nothing, and neither does waiting for you to answer a question. When the hours run out, running tasks pause on the spot, even mid-run, with a row in the history that says so and the date they resume. The counter is on the task page, and it resets on the first of every month.
Because they're the two things that live on our machines instead of yours. Your code, your graph, your agents and your models all stay on your disk and your keys, so they cost us nothing to give away. Tasks and memory live with us so they follow you and keep running when the laptop is closed, and that is the one bill we carry — Basic covers it with no ceiling.
Basic is $19 a month at launch. Early users lock that price for as long as they keep the plan, even when the price rises for people who join later.
You drop back to Free and the Studio keeps working exactly as it did. Your tasks stay where they are — the first 10 keep running inside the free hours, the rest pause until you return. Every memory is kept, and your agents reach the newest 1,000 — come back and they reach all of them again. New ones aren't saved past the free 1,000, and the Sky closes. Your code and your graph were never ours to hold.
